Nature is our inspiration. At The Marndadee Boutique Wellness Resort, plant-based cuisine is one of our highlights. Our culinary team is professionally trained to use techniques that will maximize your nutrition intake by making nutrients more bioavailable to the body.

Apart from locally sourcing our vegetables from the Royal Project in Chiang Mai, we have our own organic garden to facilitate a farm-to-table experience for our guests. To totally reset and detoxify the body, our food program is based on a 1200 calorie-a-day diet in addition to daily juice detoxes. We also recommend our guests to follow a no-caffeine diet.

Maintaining a balanced diet is not so easy, and cooking healthy meals at home can be quite challenging. During your stay at The Marndadee Boutique Resort, our culinary team will prepare healthy and nutritionally packed meals to help you achieve a balanced diet. Through our cooking demonstrations, we will teach you how to make healthy and delicious meals at home. Not only will you shed some weight through our 1200-calorie-a-day diet, but also you will find yourself continuing this healthy-eating habit even after you leave the program.

We believe in both strength and flexibility. Mountain hikes and crossfit trainings are at the core of strength training programs. Yoga and morning stretches are designed to help you achieve greater flexibility and better body posture. With trained professionals, we aspire to help you achieve your best possible self and leave the program physically transformed.

MIND

Channeling power from the within. The integration of meditation into our programs are designed to help you increase self-awareness, improve focus and concentration and reduce stress. Creative art sessions are incorporated to help you relax. Not only will you find yourself happier, but also you will find a way back to yourself.
